These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LALA website and store, operated by House of LALA d.o.o. ("LALA," "we," "our," or "us"). LALA offers sharp tailoring and sensual silhouettes in fine fabrics — designed in Montenegro and made in Italy. Please read these Terms carefully before using our site or placing an order.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the LALA website or store, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the site or place an order.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old — or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher — to use LALA. By placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
3. Your Account
Accounts are created and managed through our authentication provider, Clerk. You agree to provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Products & Availability
We strive to present accurate descriptions and imagery of our garments. However, colors and sizing may vary depending on your screen and individual fit. All products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities, or discontinue items, at our discretion.
5. Pricing
Prices are listed in euros (€) and may change without notice. Despite our efforts, pricing or typographical errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel any orders affected by such errors. Applicable taxes and duties may be added as required by law.
6. Orders & Acceptance
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not by itself constitute acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or insufficient stock. A binding contract is formed when we dispatch your order, or as otherwise stated in our order policy.
7. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge for your order. We do not store your full card details; these are handled directly by Stripe.
8. Shipping & Delivery
Our garments are made in Italy and shipped both domestically and internationally. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you when the items are delivered to you (or to a third party you designate, other than the carrier). International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
9. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with their original tags and packaging attached. Made-to-order or customized pieces and gift cards are non-returnable. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also have a statutory right of withdrawal that applies in addition to this policy, where applicable.
10. Intellectual Property
The LALA name, logo, garment designs, imagery, and all site content are owned by House of LALA d.o.o. and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of this material without our prior written permission.
11. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the site
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code from the site
- Engage in any activity that infringes the rights of others
12. Early Access / Waiting List
Signing up for early access or our waiting list does not guarantee product availability, pricing, or the ability to purchase. It is an invitation to be notified when our collection launches.
13. Third-Party Services
Our site relies on third-party services, including Clerk, Stripe, and Convex. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or their availability.
14. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any non-waivable statutory consumer rights or warranties that apply to you.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LALA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection law.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LALA and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the site or your breach of these Terms.
17. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Montenegro, and any disputes shall be subject to the courts of Montenegro. If you are a consumer in the EU, the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence continue to apply. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform to resolve disputes.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. When we make changes, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
